Our 12 week face-to-face groups aim to support people towards a sustainable lifestyle change by motivating you to make positive food choices, increasing activity and considering practical ways to create and sustain healthy eating habits.

These groups include 45 minutes of a healthy lifestyle chat and 45 minutes of light exercise to suit all abilities. 

Who are they suitable for?

Adults whose weight is above the healthy range and are motivated to change. Unsure just give the team a call (contact information below).

Where and when?      

  • Haywards Heath - Wednesday September TBC: 1.15pm-2.45pm AND 7pm-8.30pm
  • Burgess Hill - Wednesday September 11th: 7pm-8.30pm
  • East Grinstead - Thursday September 12th: 7pm-8.30pm
  • MEN only group Haywards Heath - Thursday September 12th: 7pm-8.30pm
