Weight off Workshop
Our 12 week Weight off Workshops aim to support people towards a sustainable lifestyle change by motivating you to make positive food choices, increasing activity and considering practical ways to create and sustain healthy eating habits.
Who are they suitable for?
Adults whose weight is above the healthy range and are motivated to change.
Where and When?
These courses are run across Mid Sussex at various times and venues.

We ask for a small contribution of £20 for the whole 12 week course.
