Back to exercise is your chance to experience a range of beginner exercise classes or sports with likeminded people.
These classes are aimed at individuals who want encouragement and support to become more physically active.
The classes aren’t taught at 100 miles per hour they are designed for beginners, to gradually get people back into exercise.
