Alcohol advice during Covid-19
Coping during the pandemic
This is a stressful time and in times of stress we can find ourselves drinking more often or more heavily. On top of that, many of our routines will have changed, which might make it hard to keep on top of how much we’re drinking.
If you think that you are drinking too much, there are lots of options to support you to take back control.
DrinkCoach is an online service to help anyone (18+) drinking a bit too much, a bit too often. It includes:
- a quick and confidential online test to check whether your drinking is risky
- tips for cutting down
- a free app to help you to track and change your drinking
- free one-to-one sessions with a Drink Coach, via Skype.
